The pizza was good, though I'm not a fan of when they add the toppings to a cold pizza and then heat it.
We were hesitant to try this place because of a review that mentioned poor service, small portions and high prices, but my husband and I were tired and hungry and didn't feel like dealing with tourist crowds on a weekend night in a sit down restaurant. We went to American deli thinking we'd get take out. We were surprised to see eat in seating that turned out to be comfortable. The phone did not stop ringing the entire time we were there ( you couldn't hear the ring just the friendly employee answering) the employees were polite and courteous not angry as described in one review. Even though they were so busy the food came out in good timing, it was hot and delicious. I don't know why anyone would complain of tiny portions. I could barely eat half of what I ordered ( which was unexpectedly delicious and very fairly priced) just goes to show you not to be swayed by extreme negatives. Our experience was positive in every way. I'll certainly go back.

I was pleasantly surprised! The oyster po boy was excellent. Great bread and good sauce.
Stay away from the pepper shooters.they ate extremely oily.
Place is great love coming here, food is always good and I just tried their "oreo churros", they are a nice new addition to the menu. Give em a try
The staff was very friendly and the food is amazing!!!! If you can get here you should eat here :)
