I bought a recliner today and I had it delivered the same day! both of the guys who delivered the chair were courteous and very mannerly! thanks so much for meeting my needs and my expectations!
Unprofessional. As she answers the phone she is shouting to a co worker in the background. I inquired about an item and she nastly said she would have to order it. I said its ok i will try and find it on line. Her reply...go get it then. Poor customer service!
The service overall was satisfactory, but we had a few uneccessary bumps along the way, thus the less than 5 star rating. They sent me the wrong beds, one of which was damaged in addition to being incorrect. Once I called, they were very apologetic and corrected the matter quickly and efficiently the very next day.
Lady is very rude who answers the phone.

This place is pretty good - the owner worked with us on the price and everyone in the store was nice. I did run into a issue with damage to the furniture and it really took too long to resolve. Everything fine now and I would buy from them again but it took too long it to get worked out. Overall a good selection of furniture and prices are competitive
