This place is terrible. They're over priced. Half of their machines are out of order. After my load was "done" in the dryer for an hour, it felt like they we just coming out of the washer, and all I got from the girl at the counter was a "sorry".
The worst and expensive for no reason this is my first and last time here.
The dryer melted our king size comforter....actually looked as if it had caught fire.The attendant even said herself, she had not seen that happen before with the dryer and a comforter.She was helpful and offered to call the owner. Of course the owner blamed us, how convenient. Funny thing is,we have always taken that comforter to the laundry mat due to its size and have washed and dryed it with no issues....needless to say..this was my first time using Bayshore laundry and it will be my last...and I will be letting all my friends and family know by word of mouth and Facebook about them. I wouldn't even give them one star but I guess I have to, to post this.
